The property is located in a growing area of Sisters, near established residential and multifamily development with strong proximity to both Highway 20 and downtown. Designed as three townhome-style units, the finished project will be operated as short-term rentals, benefiting from consistent year-round demand driven by Central Oregon tourism.

At the time of funding, construction was approximately halfway complete, with major structural work and framing already finished. The remaining scope includes completing interior systems, finishes, and final buildout to bring the units to market-ready condition.
