Saint Vincent de Paul (SVDP) is Lane County’s largest nonprofit human services organization. It was founded in 1953 and today helps over 84,000 people annually. Their mission is to assist the poor and those in need of consolation while being mindful of the sanctity and dignity of all. They focus on six core areas: Affordable Housing, Emergency Services, Homeless Services, Recycling Programs, Retail Thrift Stores, and Self-Sufficiency Services.
