Our client was searching for their first flip opportunity and was able to secure the property for a great deal. The borrower plans to complete the renovations on a quick timeline of just 30-60 days. The project will include modernizing the kitchen and bathrooms, upgrading the flooring, and fresh paint, as well as some other minor updates throughout the home. After completion, the borrower will sell the property at market value and roll the profits into the next project.
We were able to get the loan approved and ready to close without any delays. This loan was structured to cover 80% of the total project costs, including renovation expenses. The demo has already been completed and the renovation is underway! We can’t wait to see how this quick flip turns out.
