Cetan Funds recently funded an acquisition and development loan for the purchase of a large parcel recently annexed by the city of West Linn, Oregon, to create a new subdivision. The investors needed a bridge loan to purchase the land and go through the subdivision process with the city of West Linn. Once this subdivision is complete with final plat approval, the investors have a home builder lined up to buy the land for the construction of new high-end homes for West Linn.
