We recently completed our first development project and we’re so grateful to have found Cetan Funds! Zach Smith is a fantastic partner and I’m sure we’ll be working together again soon. All of their processes from underwriting, closing costs, draw issuance, to uses of contingency funds is very transparent and clear. Additionally, everything is geared towards the needs of a GC, common sense practices and quick turn around for stage approvals and draws to get subs paid. I never lost my timeline, which was frankly my biggest fear when evaluating lenders- many of which have cumbersome draw procedures that build in unnecessary delays. None of those hinderances with these guys. I’m so very grateful to have a successful project under my belt- I sincerely believe with another lending partner and the market changes we saw in 2023- I may not have been so fortunate. If you’re building or renovating in Oregon and need a good hard money lender- I recommend Zach Smith and Cetan Funds with the highest endorsement!

I have done several deals with Cetan Funds (my rep is Zach Smith) as well as referred clients to them.  My experience as well as my clients has always been top notch. The way they structure their loans, and the amount they lend and flexibility they offer in length and terms is the best I have found.

But that is not even the best reason to work with them.  They respond right away to any and all questions with informative and accurate information.  They do what they say they are going to do and when they say it will be done. Believe me when I tell you that is not always the case with other lenders.
